Note: You can print labels for only the new books (or all of the books) listed in imported MARC records from your library's circulation system.
AR BookGuide allows you to print the book labels you need for your list of titles.
You can print the Book Label Report from either the List Management page or your active list page.
From the AR BookGuide Home page, under Title & List Management, click List Management.
The Lists tab appears with your list(s) of titles. Go to step 1.
From your Active List page, click the Book Labels link. Go to step 2.
On the right side of the page, click Book Labels. The Book Label Report page opens.
Use the List drop-down to make your selection.
Select the number of labels you want to print or that you want to match the number of books per title, based on location (choose a location from the drop-down list).
Select how you want the labels sorted (by Quiz Number, Title, Author Last Name, Book Level, or Points).
Select what information you want to appear on the labels (Points, Interest Level, Book Level, and/or Call Number).
By default, Points, Interest Level, and Book Level are already selected.
If your import did not include call numbers, or if the call numbers appear incorrectly, check the Call Number Field Tag used during the MARC record import.
Select the position where you want the labels to start printing by typing the number in the field, using the chart as a guide.
To view your Book Label Report, click View Report.
A page opens telling you your Book Label Report is being generated.
When the report is ready, it opens in Adobe Reader (or in Preview on certain Macintosh computers), either within your browser window or in a separate window.
You can save the report or print it by clicking the Adobe Reader buttons.
If you're using Preview, click the File menu and then either Save or Print.
To return to the List Management page, click Return to List Management.
Click Home to go to the home page.
