Checking Order Status

Once you have placed your order by either the Order Online or Fax/Mail Order method, you can check your order's status.

1. Log in to your account with AR BookGuide. On the Home page under Title & List Management, click Quiz Orders.

2. The Orders page appears. Under the Search tab, click Order History.

3. The Order History page appears with the confirmation number, order status (in brief), date ordered, and ordered by information of your order(s) listed. Click on the confirmation number of the order whose detailed status you would like to check.

4. The confirmation page for that order appears, listing all the details of your order and its current status.

5. To print this page, click Print.

6. To view the list(s) of quizzes you ordered, click View Quiz List.

7. When you are finished, click Done. The Order History page will appear where you can select a different  confirmation number and check the status of a different order.
