After you have imported your file (Accelerated Reader, AR BookGuide, or MARC records), you can check the status of your import.
If the import was successful, you can print your Import Results Report.
To review your import history and print the results, go to the AR BookGuide Home page. Click Imports.
In the Import History table, click the name of the import you would like to view. Refer to the Import Page section, below.
To view your Import Results Report in Adobe Reader, click View Report.
When your report is ready, it will open in Adobe Reader. You can print or save the report to your computer.
To go back to the Imports page, click Return to Imports.

the file name of the import
the email address to which notification was sent (if requested)
the book Location (if used)
the list name (if used)
the Call Number Field Tag used during the import
If your import failed:
Review the import history and click OK.
If you experience problems with call numbers during a MARC Record import, try importing your file again, but use a different value for the Call Number Field Tag. If that does not work, contact Renaissance Learning.
If your import succeeded:
To return to the Imports tab without printing the results, click Done.
To print the results of your import, click Print Results.
Accelerated Reader or AR BookGuide Imports
The Print Import Results page opens. Click the desired sort option for the Import Results Report. Choices are: Book title, Author's last name, or Quiz number.
MARC records Import
The Print Import Results page opens. The Import Results Report can show either the non-matching records or the matching records.
Matching records are books that match quizzes you own.
Non-matching records are books that do not match quizzes you own.
Click your choice. The number of records in each type of report is listed in parentheses.
