The Informational Letter should be sent home with students to give to their parents or guardians.
The letter includes:
a description of AR BookFinder
the Keycode (used in AR BookFinder to access the Teacher Lists)
instructions for conducting searches in AR Book Finder
The way you entered your name when you set up your account determines how your name will appear on the Informational Letter. To change how your name appears, edit your User Account information.
From the AR BookGuide Home page, click Preferences. The Personal Preferences page will open.
Click Edit to the right of AR BookFinder Preferences.
Your email address will show in the Email Address field.
Remove the check mark from the Print Email Address box if you don't want your email address to be shown on the Informational Letter.
Click Print Informational Letter.
When the letter is generated, it will open in Adobe Reader (or in Preview on certain Macintosh computer).
Use the Adobe Reader print button to print the Informational Letter.
Macintosh: In Preview, from the File menu, choose Print.
Click AR BookFinder Preferences to return to the AR BookFinder Preferences page.
Click Home to go to the home page.
