Merging Lists

If you want to merge two or more lists to make a new list, go to the Home page and click List Management. If you merge lists that you created, you will have the option to delete the lists you’re combining. (If you did not create the lists you’re merging then you won’t have the option to delete.)

  1. Under the Lists tab, click Merge Lists.

  2. Find two or more lists you want to merge and click in the box next to each. Click Next>.

  3. Name your new merged list.

  4. Check the Create Teacher List box if you want the merged list to be available in AR BookFinder.

If you created the lists you are merging, you have the option to delete those lists. (Only the new list will remain.)

  1. Click Next > to see the new, combined Active List.

  2. Your new merged list will appear as the active list. It will appear among your other lists if you click List Management.
