Now that you have created a list of titles for which you would like to order quizzes, you may begin the ordering process.
If you are on the Home page, begin with step 1.
If you are on your active list page, click Order Quizzes and start with step 2.
To begin to order the quizzes on your list(s), from the Home page, under Title & List Management, click Quiz Orders. Or, if you are already using BookGuide, click the Orders tab.
Your active list will be selected by default at
the top. If you would like to select an additional list to order, check
the box before the desired list name. When you are ready to start the
ordering process, click Begin Order.
If the list(s)
you have selected to order contain fewer than 20 quizzes, a message in
red may appear at the top of the list telling you that the total of quiz
items on your order must be 20 or more. You cannot continue your order
unless you select more quizzes. The list page displays the number of titles
on your list, but
not the number of quizzes, as the quiz availability for a particular title
may change.
The Quizzes page appears, listing the name of the list you selected to order, or if you selected more than one list, it will say Multiple with the number of lists you chose in parentheses. You can view your Quiz selection, quiz count, and current subtotal on this page.
To select which quiz type (RP, LS,
VP, or RV) you would like for each title, click the check boxes under
the desired quiz type in line with the desired title. Click on any heading,
such as Quiz type, Author, or Book Level, to sort the list by that heading.
All RP quiz types will be selected by default. To remove individual RP quizzes from your list,
click the check box by that title to remove the check mark. To remove
all the check marks from the
RP column, click the check box in the RP heading.
To select the same quiz type for all of the titles on this page, check
the box in the desired quiz type column heading.
Note: If your list spans more than one page, you will need to make
selections on each page.
To cancel your order (erasing changes you made to the lists and quizzes
on this page) and start over, click Cancel
Order. A
message will appear confirming that you want to cancel your order. Click
Yes to cancel your order and return
to the Lists page. Click No to
continue with your current order on the Quizzes page.
When you are finished making your quiz type selections, click Update Selections to save your changes. Paging through multiple pages of your order will automatically save your changes.
To continue the ordering process, choose your
ordering method by clicking Fax/Mail
Order or Order Online.
